Easter Reflections

Moving from darkness into the light

When we signed up for life in this physical body and incarnating into this physical realm, we also signed up for a physical death and an exit from this physical realm.

So what happens next? Is that it?

From my own experience, it's not so that life can simply end. While I believe there is only one physical life, I also know that there was life before the physical and there is life afterwards.

The more important question is this: Is there LIFE now?

Are you making the most of this physical life and all it has to offer while you have it?

Are you treating your physical body - your connection to this physical realm - with respect, honor and love while you have it?

Are you cherishing your relationships with others and serving them to make the most of their lives as well while you have the opportunity?

Are you figuring out who you are and why you're here and then striving to live in alignment with that?

Are you living with joy? passion? fulfillment? purpose? presence?

Are you living *your* life now?

Death is inevitable. It's walking towards all of us. So stop denying that certainty. Bring it into the light. Walk towards death with gratitude and let every step have meaning. For death will welcome us into life eternal...but not yet.

So live now. Live now.

Live...now.
